The underwater wine

Abissi is a bottle-fermented sparkling wine, aged at a depth of 60 metres under the Ligurian Sea. It seduces you with its flavour and with its astounding bottle, covered with marine life encrustations. D.one is the exclusive distributor for the Abruzzo region.

Amphora wines

The wine Patricians in ancient Rome used to drink was aged in terracotta amphorae. D.one offers a selection of Amphora wines made in Abruzzo and other Italian regions.

Seawater beer

A beer made with the use of water from the sea. Savoury and surprising, it comes from Valencia, Spain, and curiously its price varies with the tide.

Underwater basil

Plants can even grow in special underwater biospheres, moored at a depth of 10 meters. Just like this special basil, which you can taste exclusively at D.one in the right season.

Vegetal plankton, a primordial nourishment, key to the development of life on Earth, is an ingredient that can be found in many dishes prepared by our Chef.

The Black Hen (Gallina Nera) is an ancient breed, previously believed to be extinct, now raised by our Chef at the local farm and appreciated for its smaller and savoury eggs.
