cultivated in a 100% organic regime, we obtain a blend typical of the Teramo area.
The beautiful ceramic bottle preserves the fragrant scent of the olive press and the fruity, pleasantly spicy aroma.

ORGANIC PASTA

We grow our own Senatore Cappelli wheat.
The flour is made by an ancient water mill. The rest is the work of an artisan mountain pasta factory.

Blanc de Blancs, Millesimato, Extra Brut. Affinate 32 months, 12 of which in the depths of Lake Avolio at an altitude of 1,930 metres above sea level, in extreme conditions resting, in winter, under the thick layer of ice that envelops the lake located at the foot of the Adamello glacier.
Nuances of wisteria and white flowers, notes of hay and alfalfa, with excellent acidity.

Affinate 48 months in the depths of Lake Iseo at 40 m depth. Creamy, enveloping and sophisticated, with intense floral, fruity and herbaceous notes.
